ReinstateKit is operated by Avenbridge Technology Limited (Hong Kong), Room 39, 3/F, 143 Wai Yip Street, Kwun Tong, Kowloon, Hong Kong. Contact: contact@avenbridgetech.com ("we"). It is a self-service writing tool that helps you organise information for an appeal you write and submit yourself.

• No guarantee. We can't guarantee reinstatement. Not legal advice. Not affiliated with Amazon, Etsy or eBay. Platforms make their own decisions; we do not represent you to any platform.
• Not legal advice. Nothing on this site is legal advice. For significant disputes, consult a qualified lawyer.
• Your content. You are responsible for the accuracy of what you submit. Evidence must be genuine. We will not help create or alter documents, write fake reviews, or open new or related accounts to get around a suspension.
• Payments. Prices are in USD, charged by Stripe. Full refund within 7 days of purchase if you have not yet viewed or downloaded your Plan of Action. The first view or download counts as delivery. Pre-orders: draft within 48 hours or full refund. See Refunds.
• Acceptable use. No automated abuse, no attempts to manipulate the tool.
• Trademarks belong to their owners and are used only to describe which platform a notice comes from.
