• Notice text: not stored. We keep a SHA-256 fingerprint, the platform, the violation type and a timestamp.
• Before automated analysis, we remove emails, phone numbers, order IDs and street addresses where we can detect them.
• Paid orders: to write and later update your Plan of Action we store your answers, the generated drafts, your checkout email and order details, with emails/phone numbers/order IDs removed from the notice text we keep. Kept 90 days after your last activity, then deleted (purchase records are kept for accounting).
• Optional case memory: only if you tick the box. Stores platform, violation type and date for your browser's seller ID; kept 90 days after your last activity. Delete any time with the button below.
• A random cookie (rk_sid) identifies your browser so your data stays separate from other sellers'.
• Processors: Cloudflare (hosting, Turnstile bot check, Web Analytics), Avenbridge (case memory and model routing), xAI (language model, via Avenbridge or directly), Stripe (payments).
• We do not sell personal data.
