• Full refund within 7 days of purchase if you have not yet viewed or downloaded your Plan of Action. The first view or download counts as delivery.
• Pre-orders: if your draft is not delivered within 48 hours of purchase, you get a full refund.
• Duplicate charges or failed delivery: full refund.
